Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of the Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Indian Business Sahayak (www.business-sahayak.in), including but not limited to:

  • PAN, Aadhar, Udyam Aadhar registrations

  • Business/company registrations

  • Trade license services (KMC)

  • FSSAI, GST, and tax filings

  • Website development and digital services

2. Cancellation Terms
  • Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment provided the service has not yet started.

  • Once work begins—such as documentation, application filing, or website setup—cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility & Detail

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Eligible refunds include:

  • Full refund if cancellation request is made before initiation of any service activity.

  • Partial refund (at the company's discretion) if work has begun but not completed.

Regardless of any refund eligibility:

  • Government or third-party fees (e.g., filing charges, registrations, taxes) are non-refundable.

  • Processing costs, including manpower and administrative costs, are non-refundable once work begins.

4. Refund Request Process

To request cancellation or refund:

  • Send your request to support@business-sahayak.in within the relevant timeframe.

  • Include your service details and reason for cancellation.

  • Refund decisions will typically be communicated within 7 business days of receiving your request.

5. Refund Disbursement

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days.

6. No Refund After Service Completion

No refunds will be issued once:

  • The service is completed as per agreement, and documentation or deliverables have been provided.

  • Work is underway or milestones have been reached.

7. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • Service credit (for future use)

  • Partial refunds for dissatisfaction, depending on context
    These are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability & External Dependencies

Delays or rejections triggered by government authorities, technical errors, site outages, or Force Majeure events are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The current version will be available on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
